Blueberry Omega Packed Green Smoothie
I love this blend because the flax milk I add gives it enough creamy sweetness that’s perfect for a morning meal. I buy unsweetened organic flax milk and sweeten it myself with stevia at home. The Chia seeds and Flax milk are both loaded with omega 3’s, hence the title of this smoothie.
I store my beet leaves in the freezer so when I add them to smoothies it gives it an icy texture. I add these not just for variety, but because they are extremely nutritious. -1cup flax milk
-1/2 cup blueberries
-1/2 cup spinach
-1large kale leaf
-1/2 cup of frozen beet leaves
-1tablespoon af chia seeds
Add water or more or less milk to provide desired consistency.
